1. SPICE

SPICE 는 소프트웨어 프로세스 심사(SPA) 표준인 ISO/IEC 15504를 개발하여 발간하기 위해 현재 ISO/IEC JTC1 SC7 WG10 에서 추진중인 프로젝트이다. JTC1에는 총 19개의 Su committee (SC) 들이 활동 중인데 그 중 SC7은 소프트웨어 시스템 工學(공학) 분야를 맡고 있다아 SC7산하의 WG10은 프로세스 심사 표준인 ISO/IEC 15504를 개발하고 있다아 소프트웨어 심사표준에 대한 노력은 1980년대 미국과 영국의 군사부문에 의해서 최초로 처음 되었다. JTC1은 1987년에 ISO 와 IEC 가 IT분야 표준을 위하여 설립하기로 결정한 Joint Technical Committee 이다. 개발중인 소프트웨어 품질을 개선시키고 소프트웨어 프로젝트와 관련된 리스트를 감소시키며 소프트웨어 개발업체의 선정 메커니즘을 개선할 목적으로 출발하였다. 1991년 7월에 스톡홀름에서 개최된 소프트웨어 工學(공학) 에 관한 국제 표준화 그룹인 ISO
